The Musical Fidelity M6S PRE is a Pure Class A preamplifier capable of driving any power amplifier. It has a range of inputs suitable for both traditional and modern music sources and features an MM/MC phono stage, two balanced inputs, three line-level connections, a fully configured tape input/output loop, and a digital USB port.

The Musical Fidelity M6S PRE features a Pure Class A circuit with surface-mounted devices (SMDs) that produces very low distortion, minimal phase shift, low noise, and excellent linearity. It sounds smooth, clear, and fast, with tight, extended bass.

The Musical Fidelity M6S PRE also features a DAC capable of playing 24-bit/96kHz audio files.

Combination with an M6 S Prx stereo amplifier is available as an option.
